  1. In canada you are able to leave your position (job) for stress leave. I’m thinking anxiety leave is typically the same. If you have anxiety you may experience some of the following physical symptoms: tense muscles, trembling, churning stomach, nausea, diarrhea, headache, backache, heart palpitations, numbness or “pins and needles” in arms, hands or legs, sweating/flushing. I do not agree with the view of the FMLA. Anxiety disorders should be covered especially since the medical field wants to charge high rates to get the condition under control.

    For those that are seeking FMLA, they are not paied out like Aflac is? There is one at work that is claming that she will be paid for when she is maternity leave. From my understanding, it is unpaid unless you have vacation, or personal leave? Someone correct me if I am wrong.
